We send tracking information to the email used at checkout when it becomes available. Report slow, lost, damaged or delivered-but-not-found parcels with your order reference, checkout email and tracking code. Describe the problem and provide item and packaging photos for damage so we can investigate with the carrier where appropriate.
Not every product or address is eligible for every delivery service; destination rules and carrier coverage may impose limits. Questions about an order should identify its number and the email entered at checkout.
Allow approximately 1–2 business days for us to process an order, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. We cannot guarantee these delivery windows because holidays, weekends, weather or carrier operations may cause delays.
