Both defective and non-defective items can be returned, and exchanges are accepted. You have 30 days following delivery to apply. Items must remain new, unused and in original condition, with the original packaging, labels and accompanying accessories retained.
Obtain approval before posting anything back. Send your order reference, the email used at checkout and an explanation; include product and packaging photos or video for damage, faults, wrong-item or missing-component claims. Unapproved returns must not be mailed.
Mail is the return method, using the complimentary return label provided inside your package. No restocking fee applies; please follow the authorization instructions when preparing the parcel.
Available inventory determines whether an exchange can be fulfilled. Once approved, a refund is processed within 10 days and returned through the original payment method; bank posting may take longer.
You may apply because you changed your mind, prefer something else or selected the wrong item. We also handle reports of damaged or faulty goods, mis-shipped products, missing parts and substantial differences from the description.
